It's 1 p.m. PST and you have a problem. a. In bed. If you answered “C”, you must be working with MaCS. Any other answer means you either need to stay up until 1 a.m. to reach your agency — or get up really early the next day to speak to your account executive. That’s why we opened our San Francisco office. Because it’s just plain unacceptable to us to make our clients wait for help. The fact is, our U.S. clients don’t usually have questions that conveniently arise during European business hours (typically midnight to 9 a.m., PST). So now we operate in your time zone. We pick up the phone when it’s convenient for you to call us. We can meet with you in person within hours if you’d care to. And of course, we speak English — or German, if you’d rather. On the flip side, our European team is working while you — and our San Francisco team — are asleep. That means 24-hour service for you. Our mission is to make it easy for you to do business with us … and succeed in Europe. |
