When HP wanted to do a road show to announce their non-stop servers, they wanted to make a splash but didn't have deep pockets to do so. MaCS created a template package for HP (including a flyer, cover letter, faxback response, envelope, HTML email, name tags and show graphics) that enabled local HP offices to send customized invitations on their own.

When Jabber decided to hold its first user conference in Europe, it turned to MaCS for comprehensive event planning. Invitation mailing

Invitation mailing

What works in the U.S. doesn't necessarily work on a one-to-one basis in Europe. For SkyStream Networks, MaCS redeveloped a U.S. trade show invitation to appeal to Europeans who were planning to attend IBC (Europe's equivalent to the NAB trade show). The new messaging embodied the spirit of the U.S. invitation, but relied upon a more serious approach that conformed with European direct mail standards.
